The Board of Directors consists of thirty-five (35) members that include downtown property owners, business owners and individuals from the community. There are four (4) ex officio members who sit on the board - the city manager, executive director of the Jefferson County Development Corporation, the executive director of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Jefferson County Board.
